Welcome to Lucky Key & Fuji Ya. By accessing our website at luckykeyfujiya.com or using our mobile ordering and reservation app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Online Ordering

Our app allows you to place pickup orders from Lucky Key & Fuji Ya. By placing an order, you agree that:

• All orders are for pickup only at our restaurant location
• A platform fee of $1.00 is applied to each order
• Tax (8.9%) and applicable tips are added at checkout
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order
• Orders are subject to availability and restaurant operating hours

2. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number during checkout or reservation, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lucky Key & Fuji Ya. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To opt back in, reply START.

3. Reservations

• Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance
• Reservations are subject to availability
• Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time
• For parties of 8 or more, please call us directly at (770) 270-1188
• We reserve the right to cancel reservations for no-shows

4. Loyalty Rewards Program

• Points are earned at 1 point per $1 spent on food and drinks
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• Lucky Key & Fuji Ya reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time
• Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity

5. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or modify an order:

• Contact us immediately at (770) 270-1188
• Refunds are processed at our discretion based on order preparation status
• Once food preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or making reservations
• Use the app for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to manipulate or abuse the loyalty rewards system

7. Limitation of Liability

Lucky Key & Fuji Ya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our app or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order or service in question.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
